It’s just being reported that the DOJ is going to fire Special Counsel Jack Smith.
The DOJ will reportedly end Smith’s two cases against Trump.
The move will ensure that the department complies with DOJ policy, which states that it cannot prosecute a sitting president.
“Fox News is told that Jack Smith will be gone from his post as special counsel, meaning the cases will be gone before Trump takes the oath of office on January 20.”

The hideously partisan cases were never anything more than keeping Trump from returning to the White House. They failed.
After wasting so much money from the taxpayers, all the people involved in the Trump’s prosecution should be liable to pay back the treasury with their own personal assets. That would include the Democrat party who was behind these frivolous cases.
Finally! Get Jack off the case!
The people at the DOJ need to be replaced as this should not have gone this far to begin with.
