Trump’s legal team has been before the New York appeals court today arguing that the massive $454 billion judgement against Trump in the Letitia James case should be dismissed.
Kerri Urbahn has been watching the case and she seemed impressed with the questions being asked by the justices and suggested the state was having a harder time justifying the case to them.
She said the five justice panel appeared to have serious concerns that AG Letitia James overstepped with this case against Trump.

She didn’t come right out and say it because it’s hard to say just based on questions, but I think she felt like this appeal might actually go Trump’s way this time.
This is the same appeals court which ordered a new trial for Harvey Weinstein based on malpractice by the lower court, so maybe there is hope.
