WATCH: Former FBI agent tells CNN that Democrat rhetoric is to blame for second Trump assassination attempt

A former FBI counterterrorism agent, Tim Clemente, told CNN yesterday that Democratic rhetoric is to blame for a second assassination attempt on President Trump and that it needs to stop.

Clemente told CNN’s Erin Burnett:

“You know Erin, it’s unprecedented in a civilised society. And I think we’re becoming more and more uncivilised, sadly, with the political diatribes that are going on and the political indictments of either candidate. When, sadly, the finger-pointing at Trump has lead to — you know, the line about the bloodbath, talking about the auto industry, being used as if he’s going to create a bloody coup if he loses. That kind of the verbiage is something you use in a third-world country when you‘re talking about a dictator. That sadly has led to, I think, these attempts on Trump’s life and I don’t think it’s going to end.”

He’s absolutely right and I think there’s little doubt that this kind of extreme rhetoric against Trump is what led this left-wing loon to try and take out Trump.

Democrats have been spewing toxic rhetoric at Trump since 2015, before he was elected the first time. And it’s been non-stop since then and it has only gotten worse.

This interview with Claire MccaSkill, which was highlighted after Trump’s first assassination attempt, shows her saying that President Trump is more dangerous than Mussolini and Hitler:

It’s just one example of far too many, where Democrats have accused Trump of being the enemy by suggesting that Democracy and the country would come to an end if Trump wins in November.

And the media doesn’t care. Heck, a lot of them are doing it too like the morning schmuck on MSNBC.
