USS Lincoln Sailors Celebrate Homecoming and Set the Record Straight

Following almost 11 months at sea in support of President Donald Trump’s military initiatives against Iran, the USS Lincoln made its way back to San Diego on Thursday. This homecoming marked the end of one of the longest deployments for the aircraft carrier.

The sailors celebrated their return, proudly debunking narratives circulated by the media regarding alleged mistreatment during their time at sea. Their experiences challenge the misleading portrayals often highlighted by those outside the military.

Reaffirming Loyalty and Pride

As the USS Lincoln docked, the crew expressed immense pride in their service and the mission they completed. Many greeted viewers with enthusiasm, particularly in response to media skepticism.

The outpouring of support from family and friends at the docks showcased the deep connections fostered during the lengthy deployment. It was a moment of joy and relief as they reunited with loved ones.
