Pam Bondi Breaks Silence Following Unexpected Dismissal

Former U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi made her first public remarks after being unexpectedly let go by President Donald Trump on Thursday.

In her statement, Bondi expressed her commitment to assist Todd Blanche with the transition of the Attorney General’s office. She is eager to enter a new role in the private sector that allows her to continue championing President Trump and his agenda.

Bondi highlighted her tenure, noting that leading Trump’s initiatives has been an unprecedented honor, filled with significant achievements. She cited notable successes, including a dramatic drop in the murder rate, successful prosecutions of Antifa for terrorism, and extensive victories in the Supreme Court.

She expressed deep appreciation for the trust President Trump placed in her to help “Make America Safe Again.”

Her remarks came shortly after President Trump confirmed her dismissal via social media, commending her as a “Great American Patriot” who led meaningful crime reduction efforts and saw murder rates hit their lowest since 1900.

Trump mentioned that Bondi would soon transition to a crucial new role in the private sector, which will be announced in the future.

Todd Blanche has stepped in as acting attorney general during this transitional phase. He praised Bondi for her strong leadership and vowed to uphold law enforcement efforts.

Looking ahead, potential candidates for the permanent position include EPA Director Lee Zeldin, who has a military background, as well as D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and former Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, who was once seen as a leading contender for Bondi’s role.
