House Republicans were given access to new video footage showing former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility for the lack of National Guard protection at the Capitol before the January 6, 2021 protests.
The footage, captured by Nancy Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra Pelosi and shared with congressional investigators by HBO, was not publicly broadcasted and was not initially provided to the January 6 Committee during their investigation into the Capitol riot.
🚨 Since January 6, 2021, Nancy Pelosi spent 3+ years and nearly $20 million creating a narrative to blame Donald Trump.

Pelosi’s J6 Select Committee spent taxpayer’s money chasing false political narratives and using Hollywood producers for their ‘investigation.’

The January 6 Committee did not issue subpoenas to Speaker Pelosi or her daughter to obtain documents related to the riot.
The video provides evidence supporting former President Donald Trump’s assertion that Pelosi was accountable for the inadequate security preparations prior to the protest.
Trump had offered the National Guard assistance six days before the “Stop the Steal” rally, but his offer was declined.
(Critics later criticized Trump for not promptly deploying the Guard during the riot.)
In the video, Pelosi shockingly admits:
“We have responsibility … we did not have any accountability for what was going on there.
“And we should have. …
“Why weren’t the National Guard there to begin with?”
She continues:
“I take responsibility for not having them [the National Guard] just prepare for war.”
