WATCH: MTG Trashes Republicans Once Again, Claims Critics Are Sexist

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has once again attacked Republicans in her tour of left-wing media.

This time she targeted House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) for the costs of Obamacare (ACA).

Later, the congresswoman claimed that those who criticize her for making a recent change are sexist.

The Democratic Party has made the extension of ACA credit expiration dates, which will occur at the end the year in accordance with the Inflation Reduction Act passed by Democrats. This is a key part of their narrative regarding the government shutdown. Senate Democrats voted more than 12 times against the temporary funding measure passed by the House, known as a continuing Resolution (CR). This has led to what is projected to be America’s longest shutdown.

Republicans and a growing number of business leaders as well as labor leaders have called upon Democrats to pass a clean CR to end the shut down in order to negotiate on ACA credits for fiscal year 2026 budget reconciliation.

During his appearance on Bill Maher’s “Real Time With Bill Maher,” Rep. Greene endorsed many of the talking points put forth by the Democratic Party in relation to the dispute over the government shutdown. Maher and Greene both agreed that the Republicans’ real goal in the health care debate is to raise premiums tomorrow.

“Me too. “Me too.” It’s not there yet. This has been the source of my frustration. Many of my comments are not against my party but rather my frustrations with Congress. My belief is that Congress has a role to play in solving many of these issues. Congress does not solve these problems. “I have Republican leadership,” said she.

You know that Obamacare was passed back in 2010. The law was passed in 2014. Since then, premiums have skyrocketed. Some people who couldn’t pay for health insurance, or didn’t have health insurance were able to benefit from it. It has been devastating for people in the middle classes, business owners and those who had to purchase their own health insurance. “I’ve demanded to know.”

She then claimed that the ACA was to blame for the soaring healthcare costs, before circling around to place the blame on Republicans. Here’s the reason I’m mad. Republicans never corrected the Obamacare problems. Ich blame my own party. This is absolutely incorrect. It’s not something that’s easy to correct. We should still have a strategy for this. Mike Johnson hasn’t given me any positive ideas for policy in a whole month, and that makes me angry,” said she.

The segment was released ahead of Greene’s scheduled appearance on “The View” this Tuesday. It follows a trend that has been attacking Republicans and accusing Trump Administration of not putting Americans first.

Greene, in a conversation with Tim Dillon the comedian, suggested that President Trump’s tariff policies are aimed at enriching crypto donors.

“I’m speaking to large manufacturing companies who are saying that they support President Obama, what he is trying, and his long-term goals. But we have problems because of these tariffs. We can’t even get the supplies we need from this country. “There are problems”, said the Congresswoman .

Has the bank account of regular people been affected by this? Is the stress gone? She added, “No, it hasn’t happened yet. That needs to be our main focus.” It shouldn’t just be about welcoming people who hated you or spent money trying to beat you. This shouldn’t even be the main focus.”

Greene claimed in a post on social media Thursday that those who were upset by her remarks are part of a sexist campaign and a sexist group.

The congresswoman wrote on X: “There are pathetic Republican Men (mostly social media influencers who have been paid) that attack me because I went on Bill Maher’s show and The View.” The congresswoman then claimed that America First has been her focus throughout her career. She linked to the Conservative Review scorecard, which gave her a “liberty” score of 100%.

She added, “I’m sorry, but I’m also not sorry that I do not obey Republican men who demand I as a female, not remain visible, not heard.”
