The hospital said its investigation into the September 10 incident was complete.
Officials added that Kuenzle “was never fired” and “will not miss any pay.”
Englewood Health confirmed she will return to her regular shifts.
The hospital emphasized its commitment to a “safe and respectful environment.”
Nurse Speaks Out
Kuenzle alleged that Jung openly mocked Kirk’s assassination.

She said he claimed Kirk “deserved it” and that he “had it coming.”
The comments were allegedly made in front of staff and patients.
Kuenzle, 33, appeared on Fox & Friends Monday morning.

She told host Brian Kilmeade she did not know Jung before the incident.
“He was standing there, celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk,” she said.
Kuenzle said she was suspended after reporting Jung’s remarks.
She described herself as “a big fan of Charlie Kirk.”
“Speaking up wasn’t optional for me,” she added.
Kuenzle filed suit against the hospital and Dr. Jung.

Her lawyer, John-Paul Deol of Dhillon Law Group, called her suspension “unjust.”
He said Kuenzle will now receive the pay she was denied.
Kuenzle said her duty as a nurse required her to speak out.
She said protecting patients and the profession outweighed the risk of reprisal.
Her reinstatement was welcomed by supporters across social media.

As a RN who was fired from Wellstar Hospital System in Atlanta for refusing the covid vaccine poison, if I were Kuenzle, I’d tell that hospital administrator and Board of Directors to kiss my azz. I’m sick of the outrageous overreach these hospitals try to impose on nurses. There are MORE than enough other jobs to save her from putting up with that kind of crap. Screw ’em!
